Please do not eat here unless you have all the time in the world to waste.Our dear friends hosted us here for our 10th anniversary lunch at this most amazing restaurant that provided a view of the pyramid outside the Louvre and the inner facade to the Louvre itself. The inside is very cute too, but the views from the porch cannot be beat!This is your typical posh, nice ambiance, fancy clientele, and a bit touristy café with a view of the Louvre. The mini pain au chocolates that they gave for breakfast were delicious and their orange juice (like everywhere in Paris) was so good. No wonder tourists or people flock here for having some drink and food. You can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset or you can savour meats and grilled fish while sitting in the lounges overlooking the sculpture rooms of the Louvre Museum.

However, all of the facade turns to rubbish very quickly--please note that I am an American but I speak French with no accent and my friend is French from Orleans & Paris.Only here for drinks on the veranda. I would not suggest going here for lunch on a hot day.This place is really terrible. You'll spend about 40€ per person depending on what you get.We hit the Louvre on a Sunday,  we know, not our brightest idea. It's a little hard to find the place if you are coming from the rue side.

To make a short story long - with so many amazing cafes and restaurants around Le louvre (and even inside) don't bother with this place unless you're here for the Mineral water.You are reading this in English so you are clearly a tourist.
